SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on package weight and shipping destination. Your selected shipping speed applies once the parcel has been packed and picked up by the carrier. Please allow for extra shipping days over holidays, as delays can be experienced. 

We offer free shipping for domestic orders above $50. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped. This excludes weekends and holidays. We appreciate your patience!

 

PRE-ORDERS

If you pre-ordered an item, please allow approximately one week for processing after the stock date.

All orders containing a pre-order item will ship once the pre-order item is in stock. We do not split-ship orders. 

 

SALES PRICE PROTECTION

As a small company, we do not offer price protection for orders placed before our sales start.

 

DISCOUNTS

Discounts can be applied by entering the code upon check out. Discount codes do not apply to limited-edition items. If your order contains a subscription item, you will not be able to use the discount code on the other items. 

We do not allow discount bundling — limit one discount per order.

 

CHECKING YOUR ORDER STATUS

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@smallact.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
