The #1 way we loose electrolytes is through sweat. We've developed our formula around replacing that sweat loss at a 1:1 ratio (based on averages). This is different from most other formulas that are based on the ORS formula.

The best by date is printed on the back of each stick. While minerals like sodium, potassium, and magnesium don’t expire, the natural flavoring may fade slightly over time. For the best taste, we recommend using them before the printed date.

We do allow retailers to sell the sticks individually, so the best way to get ahold of individual packs is to reach out to your local retailers (any size) and ask them to stock us!
